Our main objective is to promote the export of Electrical Stamping & Laminations for all types of Static & Rotating machines to the world markets and to strengthen business ties between itself and the outside world.

We manufacture Electrical Stamping & Laminations as per the design and specifications of customer from Fully processed Electrical Steel of Cold Rolled Non Grain Oriented (CRNGO) and Semi processed grade of material.

We have developed a long and outstanding relations with the suppliers and has had no difficulty in sourcing of raw material. A sufficient stock of raw material, in different grades & thicknesses, is always maintained at any given time to cater to any urgent and immediate requirements.

Export Packing

We have been successful in penetrating the overseas market backed by the guarantee of using the best available quality of Electrical Steel. We also have the capability of offering Motor Lamination and Transformer E & I / F / L / U & T Laminations processed from very high grade of CRNGO Electrical Steel resulting in substantial savings in terms of losses generated and current drawn. In addition to the above, it is possible to offer Motor Laminations in various thicknesses 0.20 / 0.35 / 0.50 / 0.65 mm and now also from 1.00 mm as per your specific requirements. We can also punch insulator or end lamination like Fibre or Nomex with thicknesses of 0.20 mm upto 1 mm.

We now have the possibilities to furnish Generalised System of Preferences / Generalised System of Trade Preferences certificates as the case may be depending upon the country to avail customs duty benefits.

Our standard packing is in wooden box for sea freight and corrugated box for air freight. In both the packing we cover the Laminations with rust preventive paper.

For the manufacturers of Electric Motors in the European community, it has practically become mandatory to cut down sales of least energy-efficient Electric Motors by as much as 50%. It is most pertinent to mention here that this move has been voluntary. Considering the mere fact that the global resources of Fossil fuels are fast depleting, we ought to encourage extensive use of energy-efficient Electrical Machines & devices.
