The present installed capacity is to produce 8,000 M.T of Electrical Stamping & Laminations per annum. This is aided by a series of Pneumatic Presses ranging from 25 T to 200 T & Notching Presses on which operate a series of either Notching Tool, Compound Tool or Progression Tool. The use of a few Mechanical Presses (upto 300 T) is also being made which are ideally suited for running small batch productions.
The production is further being enhanced by setting up a unit about 40 kms. south of Ahmedabad. Set in a green field location, an overall area of 40,000 m2 has been purchased and a 4,000 m2 factory building with a very modern outlook has been constructed utilizing the best natural lighting effect of north lights. The factory building has been divided into two bays having an E.O.T crane of 13 M.T and 7 M.T capacity respectively for an easy, safe and convenient handling of material etc.
Additionally a highly sophisticated slitting Line, capacity 25,000 MT per annum, for slitting of Electrical Steel designed as per the stringent specifications of STAMCO Inc, USA has already been installed. This line, with its twin loop system, boasts of a virtually stress free slitting of Electrical Steel.

We have five High speed press of 32 T, 125 T, 150 T and 2 x 200 T capacity has been commissioned to operate Progression Tools at speeds upto 700 S.P.M. Fairoaks 125 T and 200 T are equipped with stamping controller which can rotor skew control, shaft hole size control and stack control.

We
have installed seven high speed notching machines which is capable of punching
upto 1200 mm diameter @ 1200 S.P.M with very good accuracy.
The imported
three notching machines are capable of skew notching from 50 mm to 1200 mm
diameters.

Looking to the current demand in power industry we have installed an automatic Cut – to – length which is also capable of max. 10 holes from 6.5 – 18 mm. It can accommodate thicknesses from 0.23 – 0.35 mm and widths from 30 – 210 mm with 30, 45 and 60 degree cutting.

We have installed semi – automatic Welding machine which can ease the welding process on stator stacks. An fully automatic welding machine is planned and would be installed by June 2007 end.

Our Pressure die-casting machine can manufacture Aluminum die-casted rotors and is based on L.P.G fired furnace. We have developed in-house many moulds to suit our customer needs.
The unique batch Annealing furnace has capacity of 4.5 T per day, we have our own Nitrogen plant as to reduce the cost of the process. Our customers are delighted with the results of Laminations processed in the furnace.

We have also planned to
implement the latest quality control equipments, which ones installed will
enable the company to produce the products with International Standards of
quality. We would be one of the selected few manufactures of Laminations
in the world to boast of a full fledged Coreloss testing facility of Electrical
Steel sourced from Dr. Brockhaus Messtechnik,
