Our fully air-conditioned Tool Room and Quality Control department is generously equipped with modern test methods and equipments to offer Stampings & Laminations that fully confirm to any international standards.  

Our in-house Tool room which also houses a CNC Wirecut machine of Mitsubishi, Japan is dedicated to develop Notching Tool, Compound Tool and Progression Tool to suit customer’s individual requirement and specifications. The best quality of Die steel goes into the manufacture of these Tools. The grade of Die steel used is “SVERKER 3” or "VANADIS 23“ (ASP 23) manufactured by ASSAB AB, Sweden and which is one of the most ideally suited material for punching and similar operations.

The three dimensional Co-ordinate Measuring machine (C.M.M) to measure the dimensions of both Laminations as well as Tools fabricated in-house, Profile Projector, Hardness Tester and numerous digital measuring instruments further ensure the dimensional accuracy of these and thus the consistency in supplies in each and every batch.

Our imported Vertical Milling machine is capable of doing precision jobs like drilling, milling, molding, polishing and boring. This machine would help us to speed up the development of the new tooling and maintenance.

The heart of our entire set-up, our Computer Aided Design & Drafting system enables development of the most complex drawings with a considerable amount of ease and forms the backbone of the entire set-up. With the help of this system, it is now possible to work on inquiries and submit a quotation in shortest possible time.
