Production - Planning & Manufacturing |
|
| |
|
|
| |
We maintain
an ERP system for highly
reliable production
planning. Based on purchase
orders, relevant material
shall be selected for
sequential production cycle.
A committed delivery
schedule will be conveyed to
the customer.
-
Slitting: A
state-of-the-art twin
loop line ensures
stress-free and accurate
slitting. The standard
slit tolerances are +/-
0.05 mm to +/- 0.075 mm.
Total 16 slits can be
accommodated at a time.
One more dedicated line
is planned which can
accommodate coil width
upto 1300 mm and weights
upto 20 M.T. The
material to be slitted
will have a thickness
range from 0.18 mm upto
1.0 mm and shall be
dedicated both for CRGO
and CRNGO. All slitters
are of carbide and
spacers of alloy steel.
A very high level of
slit accuracies can be
achieved with1 burr-free
slitting and classic
built-ups of slitted
coils.
-
Manufacturing of EI
Laminations: These
laminations are
manufactured as per
Imperial & DIN
standards. High speed
presses from 32T upto
360T have speed upto 700
SPM are used for
punching. For Ballast
application EI/UT
laminations are offered
with various air - gap
cutting as per customer
specification. Any non
standard designs can
also be manufactured to
suit customer
requirements.
We outsource Bobbins,
Clamps and Brackets for
standard and non
standard laminations.
-
Manufacturing of
transformer Laminations:
A wide range of
applications entail
varied manufacturing
processes. For
rectangular strip
laminations we have CNC
cut-to-Length (CTL)
lines capable for
accommodating lengths
upto 2500 mm and widths
upto 200 mm with
multiple hole options.
Both shearing and hole
piercing is aided by
carbide tool. This
ensures highest possible
stacking factor.
|
|
| |
For distribution and power
transformers, three CNC CTLs
are planned out of which one
will be functional soon and
shall cater to transformer
ratings up to 150 MVA.
Balance two lines shall be
installed later. We have
incorporated auto stackers
for the ease of handling
cores and to avoid stress on
the finished laminations on
account of manual handling.
Both conventional and
step-lap configurations
shall be possible in our
facility, Carbide tools for
mitred/notch will establish
exceptional stacking factor.
We shall be flexible to
explore the value added
services to completely
assemble the stacks as per
customer requirements. |

-
Annealing: A
continuous conveyorised
CNC furnace shall have
unparalleled capability
to stress relieve EI/Strip
laminations from both
CRNGO and CRGO
materials. In certain
cases CRGO may be
replaced by high grade
of annealed CRNGO
thereby making a
transformer more cost
effective. If bluing is
required to inhibit
corrosion, the same can
be offered
simultaneously.
