We have
full in-house facilities
including EDM wire-cut
(Mitsubishi-Japan) lathes,
milling, drilling, hardness
testing and other
equipments. Tool steel is
sourced directly from Bohler,
Austria and Assab, Sweden. A
full fledged team of
qualified personnel ensures
optimization of design
parameters by working on
CAD/CAM. However, for mitred/notched
laminations we shall be
exclusively using carbide
blocks for burr-free cutting
and longer tool life.
